This application generates CSV files suitable for uploading to OpenCellID.org so as to approximate the location of phone towers/cells.

It also displays information about the current network you are connected to, and signal strengths.

Thanks to nominet.co.uk for making this app and making it opensource you can now get the e164.org version.

By making ENUM lookups you can find alternate ways to contact people, including dialing by SIP instead of using your phone minutes or emailing instead of sending a SMS.

Some people have beat speeding tickets in the past with GPS loggers, this app logs your current speed, location and so on to a GPX file as fast as the GPS chip updates the system.

Simple mobile phone tower locator using OpenCellID and the recently announced Ericsson Cell ID databases instead of Googles.

Not as extensive as the original CellFinder app, but uses different data sources and displays approx cell coverage.

This app was designed to record tracks for OpenStreetMap.org as well as letting you do manual entry of street names and other points of interest.

Finally you can then take and load both data sets into JOSM for the final touch ups before transfering your efforts to OSM for all to benefit from.
