This app was designed to record tracks for OpenStreetMap.org as well as letting you do manual entry of street names and other points of interest.
Finally you can then take and load both data sets into JOSM for the final touch ups before transfering your efforts to OSM for all to benefit from.

[2009-08-15] Sebastian: It can be slow, misses an offline feature (when you only want to log your track) and can become unresponsive. It is the best app out there though |
