This app can control the helicopter after you connect the transmitter to the audio jack of Android.

This application has 5 parts:

1. On the left screen: This is helicopter's throttle, it can fly the helicopter in the air by move forward and land the helicopter when you move backward of it.

2. On the right screen: This function can control helicopter's direction, you just need to move it to up, down, left or right.

3. On the center of the bottom screen: You can use this trimmer to adjust the helicopter to left or right when the helicopter is keep rotating in the air.

4. On the center of the screen: Press "On" to start the controller; press "off" to turn off the controller.

5. On the upper right corner: You may turn on/off the g-sensor to control your helicopter.

No Connection Charged both the transmitter and the copter for hours, lights are on and steady, but absolutely no response from the copter to any commands - throttle, steering, nothing. And why doesn't the display expand for a tablet? The controlds are phone-sized even on a 10.1" screen. UPRtek better hire some more programmers.

Works but not great Too easy to accidentally hit mode and tilt sensor buttons; all configuration should be on the menu. Also, often loses touch and you have to remove finger and touch again. Finally, doesn't work at all on my phone, but only on my tablet.

Nexus 7 App works fine, but is not full screen, in fact it's so small that it's almost unusable on a tablet. Very frustrating to use. Check the app works first before buying copter or transmitter.

Good app ZTE Warp (N860) on Boost Mobile. Works well overall. A little learning curve is present. If you lift of the throttle it will stay hovering UNLESS you touch the screen somewhere else (ie: the trim control) then the heli will drop... got to be fast to keep it from crashing. A few days later I realized that if an email notification comes through while flying the helicopter the IR signal gets interrupted and heli falls.

Just purchased I recommend that you download the app first to check if it is compatible with your phone. I did that now i have ordered it,only cost me £15 for the syma s107g and the transmitter its the all in one package with spare parts too. If you would like to know where i purchased this item leave a review with my name on it. Recieved on saturday great item no noise, breeze to fly.

Limited Android functionality This app works flawlessly on iPhones, but is only really tested on a few android devices, none of which I own. In general it seems upside down and can't be flipped. That makes the IR transmitter block your thumb from running the speed control. Check the app on your device before buying the transmitter or a heli that comes only with this control.

Doesn't work on samsung fascinate All ads say works on android phones. Only list there is to check is this app. Could find absolutely nothing on google about only certain phones working. Product is false advertised. App probly works great but it doesn't look like I'll be finding out anytime soon.

Doesn't work Tested on original Motorola Droid (Froyo) and Xoom tablet (honeycomb). Copter just sits there. Used Xoom camera to look for IR emission from transmitter - nothing while running the app, but it lights up like a Christmas tree when I play music, so transmitter appears functional. PLugged in headphones instead of transmitter, and I can hear the control tones loud and clear. Frustrating. (Note - app DOES work on my wife's LG Ally)
