This mobile client software can be used to view live video streams remotely from embedded and non-embedded DVRs and IP cameras.  

PTZ cameras can be controlled from within this application.

It allows you to connect to your system via WiFi, or 3G/4G.  

Stream Type - Sub stream
Encode mode - H.264/MPEG4
Frame Type - BBP or single P
Frame Rate - 2~8FPS (depends on the performance of mobile device)
Resolution - QCIF, CIF
Stream Type - Video
Bit Rate - 32~256Kbps (depends on the net environment)
