If you were injured in an auto accident, use this app to request a free copy of your accident report, courtesy of the legal sponsor. Requests are processed during regular Police Dept. Records Office hours but you may file your request at any time. This app is made available through a professional sponsorship and must be requested via a short code, text messaging service. Your app will be activated during the SMS/Auto Forward App Delivery (AFAD) process.
