1. How to use it (for new users quick start)?
It is pretty simple. Open this tool and take a look at the running processes? Uncheck some processes you don't want to be closing/restarting(such as battery manager process) Tap the button '1-Click SpeedUp', It will closing/restarting all processes that have 'nuclear' sign.

2. Does this app make phone unstable?
