This tool receives notification from the phone, the moment a call is terminated.  So when you finish a phonecall, your phone gives you vibrator feedback, ensuring you that the active call has ended.

So, if you're in the middle of a phonecall in badly covered cellphone area, and your phone vibrator shakes - you'll know you dropped out... and not like me, talking for ages, before finding out my call was dropped long ago.
