PasswordWallet for Android is simply an application to view exports from PasswordWallet for Mac or Windows.  The exports are fully encrypted and can be read with this application.

✶ Open encrypted exports from PasswordWallet for Mac or Windows (And even from our iPhone version.)
✶ Copy usernames, passwords and text to the clipboard.
✶ Quickly navigate to passwords by category or title.

Sorry it's not much.  But it's better than nothing until our fully featured Android application is released.
