It is a clock that expressed time in 25 cubes.
When the background is white, it is a morning(AM). It is an afternoon(PM) when black.The number of the brightest cubes is "hour".The number of the next bright cubes is "x10minutes".The number of the lightest cubes is "+minute".When the cube is monochrome, it is just at 0second.

In the case of AM, the number of black cubes is "hour ", and the number of dark grey cubes is "x10minutes", and the number of light  grey cubes is "+minute".
In the case of PM, black and white reverses.
Any cube always moves.
