Beautiful music instrument inspired by the Theremin and the Continuum.  When you touch the screen (including multitouch!), a waveform is generated.  It's X-Axis is pitch, which is designated by note and octave markings.   It's Y-Axis is either volume or filter.  Plasma Sound is incredibly configurable! Pick the note range, the waveform, cutoff, delay and more!  You can even select between continuous mode and normal keyboard mode!

On top of all that is a beautiful visual based off of MSAFluid, the same one found in PlasmaFluid (See related applications).  The sound is generated by libpd.

Please let me know of any bugs or errors you encounter!  In addition, if you have any feature requests, let me know.  This is my instrument for my band, Shy Guy Says, http://shyguysays.com (check us out!), so I'm incredibly concerned about stability and ease of use!

Note: This application works best with larger screens.  I designed it on the Evo 4g and the Adam Tablet. That means this device has NOT been tested on devices with more than 2 finger-multitouch.

Fluid simulation live wallpaper!  Colorful and mesmerizing plasma-like fluid reacts to your touch.

Please be aware, the quality is less than that of the full Plasma Colour app, however it's rather battery-friendly.

Fluid Simulation Fun! This simple demo shows off the beautiful fluid simulation of MSAFluid.

On the technical side, this is a port of "MSAFluid for Processing" for Android, using Processing For Android.  The fluid simulation library was highly optimized for Dalvik, and performance is now quite usable on Froyo (definitely requires JIT).

Please email me about problems/suggestions!  If there's enough interest, I'll clean up the code and release this as open source!
