This Mobile App. is compatible w/ Q-See Series QR & QSDR. Before downloading the App, please visit www.Q-See.com to update your DVR Firmware. Then install the App on your smartphone and go to Settings, input: IP address, the Mobile Port Number 18004, User Name & Password. Q-See Support Available at 877-998-3440 ext 539.
