This application allows the user to list his/her name as the person using the phone along with a minimum of 1 cell phone contact and a maximum of 5 cell phone contacts to automatically ATTEMPT to text and voice call in event the application senses a shock or jarring motion which might be triggered by an accident.
The data texted and voice sythesized has the GPS coordinates captured at the time of the accident so that the humans with the cell phones can call authorities with the location and ask that they respond at the site of the alert.  The user has the option to cancel the emergency alert in a user-selected amount of time of 5 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds or 60 seconds. The impending time alert is also signaled by a vibrator pattern in event the alarm sequence is accidently initiated in a person's pocket or otherwise out of view.
In the event the alert is NOT cancelled the application ATTEMPTS to text the cell phone(s) chosen and then will attempt to voice call the same cell number requesting the contact attend to the text message and follow those instructions.
It is suggested that the user test the application, activating with a sharp slap on the hand or knee. FIRST, notify the potential contacts that this is a test.
This application has a DISCLAIMER which will be viewed every time the application is started, stating that there are many factors which could keep this application from succeeding with the attempted communication including but not limited to:
destruction of phone on impact,
poor or nonexistent phone coverage and/or service,
the phone not on,
the application not running,
the chosen contact numbers being out of service or wrong,
and others I've not thought of yet...
So, use at your own risk.

the hemisphere but opposite side? Well, I did so I can figure out where I'd end up if I dug straight through the Earth's core. Thought provoking. Great inebriation conversation.

Application uses the position the user is standing in and position of target chosen from satellite view to calculate baseline distance. Then user uses side of droid as sighting plane to collect angle from user to top of target or bottom of target say, a canyon. Height/depth is then evaluated.
Accuracy dependent on GPS acc.

This app builds on the notes app. Transmit stored text messages by flashing them in Morse code. To send the message, select it. You have the option of showing the letters being 'Morsed' or just showing the pulse train. Also, option to repeat message for up to 30 minutes. Should be happy on rev. 1.5 or better
