Приложение удобно для использования для боксерских тренировок, а так же любых других видов спорта, тренировок, где необходимо иметь несколько подходов (раундов), и перерывов между ними.

Вы сами выстанавливаете свои раунды (количество раундов не ограничено от одного до сколько вам надо, устанавливаете длительность раунда и перерыва). Вы можете сохранять тренировки на карточке для дальнейщего использования.
