MobiLoc will block apps on the phone, based on a set of policy rules.  This version can be used both by consumers and corporate customers of MobileLutions.  For consumers this app will only block texting applications on the Blackberry when the phone exceeds 10 MPH.  It is not configurable by the consumer and is free.  If you want a configurable version and the ability to block email browsing, IM and have access to a passenger button, see our paid product, MobiLocPlus.

For corporations that have purchased a subscription to the MobileLutions service, you can configure the rules for the app in MobileLutions Policy Cloud servers.  Once configured, this application will collect those rules and enforce them on the device.  There is no charge for the phone software, just the corporate portal.

There is no configuration in this app.  After you launch it, it runs in the backgound and alerts you when texting, etc. is not allowed.  DUring movement, you can go to the app and if you are a passenger, unlock the app for 15 minute increments.  See http://mobilelutions.com/index.php?/consumer.html for more details.
