Upon initial log on, users are required to enroll by selecting ONE (1) of the following options:

$9.99 Monthly
$19.99 Tri-Monthly
$29.99 Semi-Annually
$49.99 Annually

**NOTE**
The Annual enrollment is $4.17/mo and saves 66% over the monthly option.
