Quick Search Box becomes Quick Send Box! Type first, select an app later!

SendText allows you to send text to any app on your phone or tablet (that can send text) directly from the search box on your homescreen.

Post a message to google+ or twitter, send a text message or email, create a qr code or a note, all without opening any apps but simply by typing into the global search box.

Just type your message as a query and select the Send Text search result.
A dialog will appear listing your apps that can send your message. Simply select any app from the list to launch it with your message pre-filled.

<b>Important: To enable the Send Text searchable item, select Settings from the menu in the search screen.</b>

Send Text is only 11kb. It has no permissions, background activities or advertisement. See website for source code.

Image and Video Shortcut (v. 9)

This app can be used in two different ways to achieve the same result:

Adding shortcuts on your homescreen to an image or video in your media gallery. Shortcut shows thumbnail and title.

First way to create shortcut: from your homescreen, select add then select shortcut.
Select Media Shortcut to pick an image or video to create shortcut to.

Second way to create shortcut: from your gallery app, select the share button.
Select Media Shortcut to create a shortcut to the image or video on your homescreen.

In both cases a dialog will appear allowing you to modify the title of the shortcut.
For images you can select the area (crop) that will be shown on the shortcut's icon. (the full image will be shown when launched)

When launching the short cut from your home screen you can select which app to view the picture or movie with.

Media Shortcut is only 15kb. It requires only the install-shortcut permission and has no background activities or advertisements.

Referral Based App Sharing:
Download your friends’ recommended apps and promote your own favourite app to others.

After downloading this app you must download a list of 5 apps recommended by your referrers. The ‘oldest’ app is then removed from the list and your own favourite app can be added to the top.
Now you can refer others on your new list by QR code or Market Link.

If you refer 10 others and each of those also refers 10 others and so on, your favourite app will be downloaded 10 + 100 + 1.000 + 10.000 + 100.000 = 111.110 times!

If you were not referred, the default recommended apps list will be presented.
