Using GetMyGPS, You could obtain Latitude, Longitude, Height, Position Accuracy, Speed, Bearing angle from your GPS device. And you could select to output the Latitude/Longitude in Degree format or Degree.Minute.Second format.

The relative Time information in millionsecond unit is also output by this App, if this Time information is not changing, either your GPS device is not outputing the position information or you need check your GPS setting to make sure it's turned on.
