Full-featured, evidence-based digoxin calculator designed to provide empiric dosing recommendations for the treatment of heart failure and atrial fibrillation.

This calculator uses the Bauman-DiDomenico nomogram to estimate a patient's digoxin requirements to achieve a goal digoxin concentration of 0.7 ng/mL for the treatment of heart failure.  Additionally, the calculator is capable of providing a loading and maintenance dose recommendation based on the Koup and Jusko equations for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.

This app is the mobile version of the popular digoxin calculator found on http://clincalc.com

This calculator is not appropriate for the following patient populations, or may require a higher degree of clinical judgment: significant drug interactions (eg, amiodarone, quinidine, verapamil, or macrolide antibiotics), end-stage renal disease on hemodialysis, and acute renal failure or unstable renal function.

血糖値の管理をする上で重要なのは、常に自分の状態を把握することと言われています。このアプリは、一つの画面で全情報を表示することにより、血糖値やインスリンの量などを一目で確認することができるようにしています。


特徴

- 血糖値は、朝食前、朝食後、昼食前、昼食後、夕食前、夕食後、就寝前の計７回/日の入力が可能です。
- インスリン、服薬の記録は、朝食時、昼食時、夕食時、就寝前の計４回/日の入力が可能です。
- 体重の入力も可能です。
- 最大５０文字までのメモを入力することができます。食事の内容や運動の実施などについて記入することができます。
- 数値の入力は、テンキーにより簡単にできます。
- 一つの画面で、最新の測定結果と評価、グラフ、データリストの全てが表示されます。

使い方

- 入力ボタンを押し、メニューから入力したい項目を選択して、時間帯や値を入力します。これだけです。

- 入力したデータを一つだけ削除したい場合は、その項目に"0"を入力すると個別に削除できます。

- 表示ボタンを押して表示するデータ種別を選択すると、グラフへ表示するデータを指定できます。
- リスト表示のデータをタップすると、グラフ上の該当日付のところに白線がひかれます。
- リスト表示のデータをロングタップすると、そのデータを編集、または削除できます。
- メニューボタンを押して全データ削除を押すと、データの初期化ができます。
- メニューボタンを押してエクスポートを押すと、データがCSV形式（カンマ区切り）でSDカードに保存されます。CSVファイルは、パソコンにコピーするとExcelで編集ができます。
- メニューボタンを押してインポートを押すと、過去にエクスポートしたデータや血糖値（無料版）で作成したCSVファイルを読み込むことができます。
- メニューボタンを押して共有を押すと、メールやBluetoothなどでデータを送信することができます。


※メモの表示は端末によって異なりますが、一覧表示では最大２３～２４文字の表示となります。５０文字全て表示するには、一覧表示でロングタップ⇒メモ入力の順に選択するとメモ入力画面から確認することができます。
※エクスポートの保存先は、”sdcard/KETTOUCHIPRO/P日時.csv”です。
※インポート時のファイル検索場所は、エクスポートの保存先と同じです。（sdcard/KETTOUCHIPRO/）

※血糖値（無料版）のデータをインポートする方法は次の通りです。
  1. 血糖値（無料版）でエクスポートをする。
  2. sdcard/KETTOUCHI/KXXXXXXXX.csvファイルを、sdcard/KETTOUCHIPROの下にコピーする。
  3. 血糖値Pro（有料版）で、メニューを押し、インポートを押す。
  4. 表示されたファイルの一覧から、インポートしたいファイル（KXXXXXXXX.csv)を選択する。

※インポートする際に同一日のデータが存在する場合は、既存データがインポートしたデータで上書きされます。

Emergency Ultrasound of the Eye and Orbit was written and published to provide a basic reference to emergency physicians and ophthalmologists. While the intended audience includes emergency physicians who already are using bedside ultrasonography for the evaluation of their patients, this book includes the basics of physics and instrumentation, scanning techniques, and effects and artifacts that apply to other uses beyond ophthalmic ultrasound. This book will focus on grey scale applications of ophthalmic ultrasound that can easily be learned by those performing other non-ophthalmologic grey scale studies.


A growing body of literature supports the use of ultrasound by practitioners to diagnose a variety of significant eye pathologies. This book emphasizes the use of ultrasound to evaluate emergent and urgent ophthalmologic conditions. While some chronic or non-urgent findings will be discussed, these are generally addressed in the context of differentiating these from more emergent conditions. Clearly, there are a number of vision threatening conditions for which ultrasonography can help the physician secure the appropriate and timely treatment.
We submit this book as both a teaching tool and a bedside reference for emergency ophthalmic ultrasound.
