はじめに

　これはブログに書き溜めた内容です。
2005/8～2010/7にかけて、ブログ上に不規則に書き続けました。

　ちょうど、社会的には、NPOがあちらでもこちらでも一斉にたちがってきて、参加を促すように色々なお誘いをいただきました。
　結局、NPO法人には一つも参加しませんでしたし、指定管理者制度にも係わりを持たないまま、自分では２つの市民活動のための任意団体に関わってきています。現在も同じです。
　その理由は、自分で株式会社を経営している関係上、その会計処理のあいまいさと目的がはっきりと分からない。その状況では危険性を感じたことがあります。
　より資金調達等で制約が強い任意団体でも、やりたい目的は果たせると踏みましたことも理由です。

何のためにNPOや指定管理者制度が立ち上がったのかを、現場目線で検証したものです。
　何の為のNPO法人、何の為の指定管理制度なのかが分かりづらいままでしたから。

2011年3月の現状とは
　基本的には変わりありません。一つ一部の組織では、10円間お節目を超えて、さらに「社会貢献型企業」としての道筋をしっかりと踏まえて頑張ってくれているNPO法人もあります。

これからの、NPO法人や、指定管理者制度の在り方を考えるうえでの参考意見として取り上げていただければ幸いです。
