TetrisAlarm helps you wake up by making you do an activity before the alarm is disarmed. Once the alarm begins to ring, you must play a line of Tetris (or more if you wish), to disarm it. Great to get your mind running, and keep you from dosing off back to sleep.
Paid Version Features:

-Ability to start an infinite game of Tetris whenever. Blocks start slow and then speed up.
-Ability to change the sleep time when HOME is pressed.
Features:
-A custom alarm sound can be set.
-Locks keys to keep you from turning alarm off (HOME button can be pressed to pause it temporary).
-If home is pressed, the alarm will sleep for 15 seconds before sounding off again (unless canceled in the app).
-Vibration can be toggled.
-You can set the speed at which block fall at.
-Line completions required before the alarm is disarmed can be changed to your liking.

-VIBRATE (Phone State) for vibration
-WAKE_LOCK (Keep phone awake) so alarm stays on and doesn't turn off from a hardware sleep.
