Fun but aggravating! I love this game but it crashes at least once a day if not more. Tonight it has crashed 4 times on me! I also wish there was a confirm prompt before making a purchase. Often when I am perusing my recipe options, even though my stylus hits the arrow option, the game selects the item next to the arrow again. This fun game but I can' t give more than three stars with all the bugs in has.

I like these story games but when u first open them all the goal pop up and slow it down the ads are so bad that they keep suggesting you buy this this and this that I have accidentally used all my jewls for something dumb like music box or mystery box smdh its dumb an unless someone fixes this you won't get the 5 stars you deserve!

Team Lava are scammers Don't spend any money on these games. They put pop ups in one after another to get you to click once too many times and use your points. Zero customer service, they refuse to return them. Untrustworthy business.

Please read before spending any real money. Restaurant Story is a decent game. My issue lies with its customer support. I was participating in the holiday event. One of the task objectives included purchasing 7 swan wallpapers. Unfortunately, feeling in the Christmas spirit, I had already filled all my wall spaces with the swan wallpaper (it was the only holiday style I saw available). Had I known doing this would screw me later I would have waited. Turns out the 7th Day of Christmas task requires the purchase of 7 swan wallpapers. I had no un-swanned wall space left, I'm at a point where upgrading space will cost a fortune (not to mention I would need 4 upgrades total just to meet the goal). I submitted a ticket and customer support basically told me too bad, I have to upgrade to get credit for the task. They really need to let users know an item is for a task before they buy it early or help users out by giving credit for goals that require items you can buy beforehand. I'm very disappointed that Christmas is basically done in my restaurant. :/ I considered it before but now I am certain I won't be sinking any real $ into this game. They give me no faith in the way they handle support issues.Play with caution.

Super fun I play all the game stories an it keeps u busy my advise for peplz that has to go to bed for work ect. Buy things that 8 or more hours so by the morning u get your goods while sleeping ♡ and make things that cost more to the customers you can make up too 100.000. Or more u will thank me later.
