Enjoy playing the classic n-puzzle. It is extremely entertaining. You can create your own puzzle, using a picture stored in SD card or downloaded from Internet and choosing different number of pieces: 2x3, 3x2, 3x4 and 4x4. A game resumes automatically when the application restarts. You can get a hint for the next move.

Draw your own life grid to start or choose one of the predefined patterns. Stops automatically when nothing changes anymore in the life field. Ability to restore the original field before it was run.

I used this to learn Android development a little bit. The algorithm is very straightforward, not optimized at all.
