ShooFly is a single player whack-a-mole type game. An annoying fly lands on your food and crawls around in a life-like way. If you don't like flies on your food, this should creep you out. We put considerable effort into the behavioral algorithms that drive the fly.

Players earn points by causing the fly to take off. The fly can be touched or shaken off. While the fly is walking on the screen you lose points.
<br/>
Configurable options include: difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard), background image, number of flies and enabling or disabling the fly's buzzing sound. Find the Easter Egg to enable the developer's view shown in the last screen shot.

[2011-04-27] Alan: Developer reply: force close fixed & user comments Thanks for the feedback, the media player problem (for the fly's buzzing sound) which was causing ShooFly to force close has been fixed. Some other user feedback we've gotten: “I downloaded the app, and it is cute.” "Downloaded it and been swatting away! I just wish the background were peanut butter sandwiches instead of citrus produce. haha!" |
