Get weather on your phone sourced from Australia's national weather agency the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM)!

Weather Australia is a free app with no advertising with an easy to use tabbed based layout.

Features:
- Free to use with no in-app advertising
- Weather observations and forecasts for hundreds of locations around Australia and Antarctica
- Automatically detect or manually select your location
- Animated rain radars (range: 64km, 128km, 256km, 512km where available)
- Animated wind radar (where available)
- National animated rain radar
- Past 24 or 72 hour weather observations
- Extended range forecasts for regional locations
- Rain probability forecasts
- Current UV values for capital cities, Newcastle and Townsville
- 4 widget themes to suit your home screens
- 4 in-app background themes
- Very small updates (most less than 5kb, widget updates 1kb)

Please add status bar notification options After trying SO many other weather app but only really trusting BoM for Melbourne this has turned out to be the prefect weather app. Looks great and more importantly has useful info. Love the widget too. Please add status bar notification options like min, current & max temp and weather icons for current or today's forecast. Thanks so much for a great app. Have fun in Antarctica!

Switching locations manually results in errors in this build. still returns incorrect locations, regardless of what you have set sometimes too.

Extremely feeble widget spoils it badly The app has good information but the way widgets "work" is crazy, they don't refresh the forecast to a new location, apparently it is as designed that only the current temperature be correct. They also don't refresh when new them chosen etc.
