Using Weather Channel Forecasts Good app but everyone is fooled and thinks it is a local forecast and really its a feed from the weather channel. It should be actual weather forecast from VNL!!!

Not everyone its fooled. May be a VNL shell on a WSI app, but its pretty accurate. There is no way VNL would ever be able to build an app of this caliber.

UUsed Used to love this app! Now it's extremely inaccurate, the weather forecast changes at least 10 times a day and now it will not load. This is the only app that will not load on mine, my husbands, and friends phones. Uninstalled until fixed.

Simple and easy And here I had been using all these 'regular' weather apps. Local gets it done better. Only complaint is that it seems like its a ported version of an iphone app

Good local resource I use the weather app almost every day. the radar is very quick and easy to use. even when I'm on the road, I can check and see what the weather is at home.

A must-have for FM Droid users Re: Andy and Quinn: pressing the information icon will let you change radars and the search key on your phone will let you add more cities. One of the first apps I download when I get a new Droid. Functional, sleek, and very informative. For a rinkydink town like ours, this is the best weather app I have ever used. Blows TWC app out of the water. 5 stars!

Great weather radar but 45% of power used by phone ( LG Vue) is for this app. Even when the app is forced to close.

You can change the alert in the upper right you click on that i and change the alert to something else, like to severe or tropical, or other.

filter alerts best weather app, but there needs to be a filter for weather alerts. I can never see the temperature in the task bar. I constantly have to acknowledge alerts that really don't affect me. Especially when it comes to hourly flood warnings. Yes, we know.
