App is REALLY poor-don't do it. It checks you in and shows boarding pass but TSA won't take it without a barcode! SWA - listen to the people and fix the app. If you can run an airline, you should be able to fix a simple app.

Boarding Passes Boarding Passes VIA smartphones are an FAA/TSA controlled item not an optional will/will not have for an airline.

Rapid rewards check in App is very useful. new issue is it won't let me check in from the rapids rewards upcoming flights menu.

Good, but... I like almost everything about this app except for the city select menu. It's always been cumbersome, but now it's almost unusable. Maybe a menu to enter the first three letters of the city or airport code and select from there.

highly insecure Apparently the iOS version of this app sends your username and password in UNENCRYPTED, PLAIN TEXT, meaning that anyone who's on the same wifi network can get access to your account and any information they store with it. Maybe the Android version is better, but I doubt it. You've gotta be crazy to install this until it's patched.

Redundant and worthless. Need barcode for boarding I fully expected to be able to have a full size scalable barcode on the screen, which makes this app worthless. I'll just revert back to the website. Fuzzy graphics need fixed too. Uninstalling!

annoying as hell. miss a dropdown selection on the purchase info - regardless of what it is & you have to re-enter the payment info. and since it only shows you one missed item at a time, be prepared to have to enter the credit card info multiple times. very inefficient.

Horribly implemented The app does not effectively link to your southwest account, is extremely slow, and unfortunately ugly. Please rewrite from scratch and include the option to scan phone rather than print boarding pass (which you can't even do from app).
