System Sounds is a volume control application which you can easily slide the volumes for each type.
Ringer Volume is for calls only. Notifications Volume is for text messages, IM, email, ect.
If you do not hit the Save button, then your volumes will NOT be saved.
Volume rockers / buttons actively update the ringer bar :)!

Only System Sounds PRO has custom profiles!
Pressing the menu button brings up two options: Un/Vibrate Ringer, Un/Vibrate Notifications.
Ringer/Notifications > 0 + Vibration ON = volume and vibration.
Ringer/Notifications = 0 + Vibration OFF = silent.
Ringer/Notifications > 0 + Vibration OFF = volume and no vibration.
Ringer/Notifications = 0 + Vibration ON = vibration.
