If your car breaks down or you’re involved in an car accident in Belgium or abroad, you obviously want to receive assistance as quickly as possible.
To ensure this happens, CBC Insurance has developed a free App called CBC Assistance.
Just one push of the button and you can contact a roadside assistance provider day or night wherever mobile phone coverage is available. At the same time, the provider also has all the information necessary (who you are, where you’re at, etc.) to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The way in which you are assisted depends on the cover afforded by your assistance insurance policy.
For optimal performance in Belgium, you should permit geolocation and enable your Internet connection.
For optimal performance abroad, you should activate data roaming as well.
Remember this may involve additional charges!
CBC has developed this App especially for customer who have taken out fully comprehensive insurance or assistance cover.

InterNETmittence Pro allows your phone's battery to live a little longer by disabling 3G data connection according to conditions you set up.

How to use it:

- Time Intervals
InterNETmittence Pro allows you to specify how long you want your 3G to be turned on for, and how long until it reconnects again.
Just tap on the timer you want to modify and choose your optimal settings.

- Quiet Hours
This feature allows you to specify "Quiet Hours", during which your mobile internet will be disabled, effectively saving battery.
This is particularly useful overnight, so you can still have your phone offline while you sleep and connect to the internet to fetch emails, weather, news and more before you even wake up.

- Screen Off
The ultimate power saver, enabling this option will force your phone into disabling any data transfer while the screen is off, effectively resulting in a great battery boost while giving up on push notification.
Only use this option if you don't need real-time notifications or emails.

Boot Logo Manager is an easy to use tool that provides you the user with over 280 boot logos to choose from. With the click of a button, you can switch to any animation in the list. Boot Logo Manager also offers a Russian Roulette mode which, on boot up, will choose a random logo and apply it in the back ground. Keep every boot EXCITING!

Unfortunately, this app exploits a hack only present in a select few of devices, please do not rate or comment poorly because of this, for there is nothing I can do about it.

This is a Diceware application for Android devices. With a set of dice, this application can be used to create cryptographically secure passphrases.  


Don't have dice? Click the Random.org button to use true random numbers generated at http://random.org.  This feature is the reason the app needs internet access.

Access your phone from SMS message texts!

Have you forgotten your phone at home and want to see incoming calls or just search a phone in your contact list?
Have you lost your phone, and want to locate it or simply make it ring as you left it in silent mode?
Or maybe you want to remotely read your  received text messages? This application is for you!


Below are the commands that can be executed:
-Contact search
-Location
-Get the received SMS
-Get the calls log
-take picture and send by email
-record audio and send by email
-Ring
-Vibrate
-Make a call
-Run an application
-Airplane mode
-Get the battery state
-Turn the wifi on/off

Everything is secured, since you can create profiles for specific phone numbers and grant them (or not) rights. There is also a public access (that you can enable or not) to grant rights to any phone.

The application can work in silent mode or not. If so, all the texts processed by the app, won't be notified nor appear in the sms box.

Two ways to execute the commands :
-either in the interactive menu (just send the defined password by sms and follow the instructions).

-or by sending directly the command name (preceed by the password. The command will be executed only if the phone number have the required rights).

Smart Settings is an application-based setting switcher which allows you to automatically switch system settings for selected applications, such as
- Auto-rotation,
- Screen always on
- Wifi
- Bluetooth

Each setting can be set individually for every installed application on your phone and enables when the selected application comes to foreground. As long as the application is in foreground, the setting(s) stays enabled. Once the application is closed, the setting(s) is disabled again.

Smart Settings supports two profiles modes:
Normal: Enables setting only for selected applications.
Invert: Disables setting only for selected applications.

Note: You can still enable or disable settings manually from system settings at any time! Contrary to other other available apps, Smart Settings is automatically started after rebooting the device (can be disabled at any time in menu).
