PicMe allows you to control and take screenshots of your device from a remote web browser. Just fire up PicMe and start grabbing from http://your_device_ip:8082 to take your screenshot, switch to live view to control it.

Currently only supports ***ROOTED*** devices.

A good reason to root your phone! just Great! Thanks Johan for your great work. Free, no-ads...Works great as taking screenshot of the phone, as well as remote controlling (typing SMS etc.) the phone. Minor problem: audio cannot be disabled,screen timeout if no keyboard activity from web interface. would be dreaming if it's open-sourced!

Web end needs fixing. I love this so far, but I noticed the live interaction on the Java web end is messed up. I can't capitalize anything on the Keyboard, and the mouse-as-touch doesn't work in landscape mode. Also, it does not rotate along with the phone's orientation. I can't download the standalone version either.

Awesome... But... When I use the Live standalone viewer it only shows the upper left hand 1/4 of the screen, I have been unable to figure out how to re-size. Works ok via web-browser. I emailed the Dev a while back but no response... that's why 4 stars. --- sooo close to a perfect app... sooo close!!!

Doesn't work on my O2X. Keep showing an LG loading page which is not in the background. Doesn't need it anyway as LG has its own printscreen function.

Pretty awesome!! I seriously wish I could slap every person who left a 1 star rating because they are idiots and don't know how/what rooting is. Seriously you're all morons. Anyway this app is hands down amazing. You will get the best performance if on the same wifi network. Great job Johan!

Handy Nice app, works great. Big, crisp images in your browser. Only downside is that you can't mute the shutter sound when a screen-grab is done, hence the four-star rating. To those complaining about going to web for screenshot...this means that you aren't hooked up to your PC via USB! Elegant solution, simple to use when on a wi-fi network.
