Great performance, bad UI/UX I can't complain about the camer performance; I get clearer shots with this than anything else I've tried. That said, disabling the camera sound and preview means no confirmation a photo was taken (no minimize type animation), the UI doesn't respect device orientation, and the look is out of place as well. Would love this if the UI fit 4.0+ guidelines.

Nothing works! Samsung Galaxy Note w/ICS 4.0.4. The free version worked fine, but the paid version? Wow, where to start? Free version great As I have a beta cyanogenmod installed on which the video camera won't work I installed this app after using the free version. The video on the played version doesn't work though, the screen freezes and videos don't play :-(

Some bugs but much better than stock camera. I'm using lgcamera pro on a Huawei Mercury (Gingerbread 2.3.6) and I'm able to get better quality photos and video vs. the stock app, the only downside some features require me to change them, exit the app & restart it for changes to take affect, other features dont work at all but this was expected (such as video stabilization mode). Still gave it 5 stars due to the ability to change the default audio encoder which vastly improves audio quality while recording videos.

Lots of features. This is the only video recorder app I've found that allows you to use your line-in microphone (i.e. headphones with microphone) for audio in. I'd give it 5 stars, but it really needs some documentation for all of its features and it's buggy if you turn your phone's screen off and then on with the app open.

Could be excelent if.. I am an arc s user. I bought this application cuz my auto settings on my camera/video produce average to good quality results. This app has some issues: very good in general BUT there are some seriius issues with focus: on camera the auto focus shoots very fast, like not focusing at all and the pictures are not tha good. If you use 'stable' focus/shoot, then it takes for ever to shoot and usually it does not because it does not focus even if u move ur hand by a milimetre! Pls.fix this

Replacement Video Camera for Nexus 4... I've been pretty disappointed in the Nexus 4 stock (4.2 Jelly Bean) video camera, that didn't appear to do touch-to-focus or autofocus. Also recording everything at a low 12-Mbps rate, compared to the 17-18 on the SGS3. This lgCameraPro (along with the free version) allows my Nexus 4 to record up to 20-Mbps (25 will crash the program, requiring restart). lgCameraPro also allows me to touch-to-focus, but doesn't allow taking pictures while recording the video (which I really don't care for). Anyways, only 1-day of use, I think it's a great program for just under $2.

Best damn cam/video recorder! Working great on my very custom ICS AOKP rom.. only thing that don't work is the forward video cam.. but I look like shit anyway! Cam of choice for me.. and i have 10 cams or so on my phone! And not all of the OK ones support video at all.. and this one have great cam and vid.. and no BS effects! Just a good cam/vid!

No flash = no flash App starts up waaay too long, sometimes I have to click it again to start. No flash selected, it WILL still flash most of the time. I have to cycle through flash/no flash menus 2 times before selecting no flash so it wouldn't flash. Very nice! Very nice straight forward camera and video recorder, IMO by far the best out there, I never buy apps but I did this one because other camera apps are far too gimmicky and neglect the working essentials needed to simply take decent pictures and video. Last UPDATE messed things up! I liked the free app so I purchased the app. I can't use the pro camera. What in the hell is with the annoying beeping timer thing? It takes forever to take a picture. This app suddenly needs a bunch of work!!! I wish you app developers would knock it off with all the updates. There have plenty of times that an update screwed everything up. I have to uninstall even though I used to really like this app. Please fix it. I could not be the only one having problems.

Please fix the long-press-to-capture! This app would be rated as SIX stars if the sudden problem with long-press-on-touch-screen-to-capture were repaired. Being able to trigger the camera in this way was the killer feature that made me go Pro to begin with.

Enabling video stabilization on the OneX hardlocked the app, even messed up the stock camera! it's the only android app so far that managed to make me reboot the phone in order to get a working stock camera again! Great but had it quirky glitchyness This is an amazing camera application when you get it set up right but it's let down by some very odd quirky flaws Camera side: Works: Scene, ISO (only between Auto and Night on restart) White balance, Effect, Not working: ISO, Contrast, Saturation, Sharpness (Drat), Ex Comp. Standard stuff such as the magic JPEG compression and file locations work :-) Video side: Works: megaCAM HARDWARE 720p, 1080p but with odd quirks, 800x480 and below in an odd software mode, front camera (VGA and QVGA), Video Bitrate (Yay!), Audio bitrate (Yay!) plus the expected file locations and audio/video format stuff. Doesn't work: Auto exposure, Infinity focus when in 720p or 1080p (bizzare), Auto iris when in hardware (bizzare) Stereo recording (double drat) The weirdies: When recording a 1080p or 720p video, the exposure and focus will lock for the entire "take" upon pressing REC. If Pause is pressed then you can wait for exposure to reset and then focus will then focus and lock upon re-pressing REC again. Can be useful but very odd. Very good App Very very good app, better than the stock one. While recording video at 1080p it never loose autofocus (The bigger problem of SGS2!). The only problem i can see is while recoding the Auto White Ballance or Auto Scene mode, or Auto ISo (sorry im not a expert to tell you which one) is not working all the time (I see that when I move the camera from a dark to a bright room). UPDATE 6/6/2012 I found that if i change the "focus mode" from "auto" to "continious-video", the above problem disappear, but the problem losing autofocus, reappears :( SGS2 v2.3.4.
