This application provides the conversion function between Decimal Degree (DD) format and Degrees Minutes Seconds (DMS) format. The following examples are DD format and DMS format respectively.
DD format: N 24.1634, E 120.7677
DMS format: N 24°9'48", E 120°46'3"
