【制限・制約など】
演算は基本的にJavaのdoubleと同じ制約を受けます。
論理演算時には強制的にintに変換されます。
右シフト演算子は上位ビットを保存しません。（Javaの>>>相当）
b(n)、o(n)、h(n)、a(n)の結果を次の演算に用いることはできません。（演算の最後にしか使用できません）
