KeepScore is a free and open-source score keeper that can be used with any points-based game, from cribbage to Carcassonne. I'm a big board gamer, so I wrote it to help me and my friends when we play games together.

Turn off vibrate !
VibraFix forces the haptic feedback to stop.

WARNING : ROOT RIGHTS REQUIRED.

On some devices, when you uncheck the haptic feedback option in settings, vibrate stills enabled for some keys.
This app is useful for people who are annoyed with this, in my point of view, bug.
It's also allways a good idea to deactivate haptic feedback in order to save some power juice.

How does it work ?
VibraFix stops totaly the vibrate with a rude and simple method : changing the permission (777 to 444) for the vibrate ressource.

Features :
Vibrafix forces vibrate to stop.
VibraFix can be started automaticaly at boot.
VibraFix is a quiet application running in the background and uses very little resources.
VibraFix can enable again the vibrate when a phone call or/and a SMS is received.
There is also an attempt to deal with the vibrate when an AlarmClock is trigged.
Optional notification in order to enable vibrate in one click.
Optional shortcuts to enable or not Vibrafix (Switch ON, Switch OFF and Switcher)

Devices concerned :
This fix has been tested only on Motorola Defy (stock ROMs android 2.1 and android 2.2.1)
but should certainly works also on other phone devices/ROMs with the same bug.

According to stats, VibraFix is installed and used on :
Motorola devices ~85% : Motorola Defy, Motorola Milestone2, Motorola Atrix, Motorola Droid I & II

This app connects Wii Remotes with your smart phone. It provides functions such as:
* motion alarm: You can use it for baby monitor, security system etc. Compared with other similar apps in the market, our app requires only ONE phone, not TWO! For baby monitor, you can put Wii Remote in the crib and watch TV in another room. The phone will beep when your baby gets up and makes movements. Even in completely dark room, it works well.
* real-time monitor: the app can display Wii Remote movement on the phone in real-time.
* data collector: it generates records when alarm triggered. It can also collect accelerometer and gyroscope sensor data samples from all Wii Remotes. You can mount Wii Remotes on human body or objects to record the movement. System with similar feature can cost you 100x more even with less portability.

In free version, one monitor session lasts up to 10 mins without file generation enabled. With file generation enabled, monitor session lasts up to 1 min. Upgrade to pro version to remove all monitor session time limits. Pro version is also ad free.


WARNING:
1. The machine has its limitations. For critical tasks such as baby monitor, please don't outsource all the responsibilities to the phone.
2. The Android bluetooth function does not support Wii. We have to create our own bluetooth function. Because of that, this app may not be supported by some vendors.
3. This app won't work with Wii Remote without Motionplus option. It only works with genuine products made by Nintendo.
4. The app relies on bluetooth connection. Bluetooth's range is about 30 feet. This app will be unreliable when the range gets larger.

This app can't be used in:
HTC phones with sense UI, Samsung Galaxy phones such as Verizon Charge and at&t infuse.
Because of "rooted" phones, these devices are not excluded from app installation.

Quick Dial is a widget to instantly dial or text someone in your call or text log...using a minimum amount of screen space.

Remember, this is a widget, so to use it you must add it to your home screen.  This is usually done by long pressing on an empty area of your home screen.

With several widget sizes and configurations, Quick Dial can show up to six contacts in a 4X1 widget to call or text. Swap one of the those contacts for the toggle button and change the action to call or text instantly.  Also has a "large" mode to make the contact buttons a bit larger.

In the donate version, you can have multiple widgets with "favorites" to instantly call or text someone you communicate with frequently.
