Anyone installing or rebuilding a large engine should consider a prelube system. A substantial part of engine lifetime wear occurs at dry starts after the lube oil has drained from the bearings and the oil galleries during shutdown.

When you turn the camera on, the CPU is set at 800MHz, when this happens this application reverts a cpu governor from ‘performance’ to ‘conservative’ after phone is locked.
You can use a widget that when clicked will change the CPU mode immediately.
