1.Click on the Date ⇒ access to the android Calendar.
2.Click on the MissAndo ⇒ access to the android Settings Activity.
3.Click on the Clock  ⇒ access to the android Alarm Clock.

Usage :
From home screen press menu->add or long press to add this widget
