Great exercise timer The app is great. I wanted to do the 7minute workout and wanted a timer on my phone to keep the timing for the exercises and rests. This app allows you to set the time for exercises, rest time, and number of reps.

Keep Screen On The app would be sufficient, but the Keep Screen On feature does not work on the EVO LTE. Other apps do work, including another timer app from this developer, so it is not a setting on my phone. Uninstalling.

Needs improvement Timer doesn't persist through switching apps, such as going to the home screen. Can't accept the tuner resetting mid fight because of accidental key press. Went with a-HIIT tiger instead since I already use that for workouts. If it had custom profiles for countdown it would make this app obsolete.

Lacking basic features Works reasonably well, the biggest let down is there's no pre-workout prep timer. As soon as you start, your workout begins, there's no time to get in position, get under a bar etc. That's fundamental for a training interval timer surely.

my thoughts Timer is great. Red/green/yellow color of the screen and sound are very smart features. From my experience of training the following features are needed badly: - adjustable delay before the first round - showing number of the round for 2-3 seconds right after the round start Some more features are less important but can make the timer make even cooler: - small adjustable text during pause for each round, like "shadow boxing", "punchbag" etc to plan your training - random beeps (or other sound) during round. For increasing speed or making different moves (like skip rope twice instead of once)
