Problems with power saving mode Does not work when the phone it's in power saving mode and the screen is turned off by pressing the power button Will set it up and start running but it will not do the sounds unless you press the button to bring the screen up...

Works well I use it for heavy bag training. 5 3-minute rounds separated by 1-minute rests. Routines are easy to configure and save.

Does what it says, very well! I've been using it for a couple of years on various devices. Works great, no glitches. I would like to see a complex workout option, so I can go from a distance run to intervals/rests of different durations, back to distance, etc.

Another lazy interface I don't understand why there appear to be no apps of this kind that have attempted to make proper usage of the touchscreen when setting duration of any stage! Set the number of seconds by pushing a virtual hand around a dial face, or by pushing or pulling a bar chart or even a slider. Or even a dial pad to let me enter the number of seconds as if using a calculator. Quicker than roller wheels or + or -.

It's Perfect!! This is my first time using it, but I love it! It's much more user friendly than other apps I've tried. And the alarm is much less bombarding. Does the job All I use this for is tabata. I don't usually look at the screen apart from when I start or stop it, but when I do I don't know what I'm looking at - sort of lines and shapes - so loses a star for being a bit bonkers.

great app just one thing Hey I love this app, it does everything I would expect. HOWEVER, I would like to see an added interval for rest between rounds. For example: 10s prep 20s work 20s rest (between supersets) 90s rest between rounds 10 rounds Otherwise I programmed it as such so that its one round and I leveraged the Cool Down field.

Great app that does the job I have been doing interval training but found it difficult to keep an eye on my watch while sprinting. This app does exactly what it needs to do without having to focus on your watch. It works on the headphones and I can listen to music at the same time. Great app!

Perfect! I read that scientists in Australia discovered an optimum interval training regime for fat loss. 8 seconds high intensity then 12 seconds low intensity on a bike repeat until 20 mins or 60 cycles. This app is perfect for this! Thanks!

Exactly what i needed! I was looking for a way to continuously cue a 45 second interval. The settings make it so easy to create an audible cue for my circuit workouts! You can set the timer for any interval you wish! Nice, simple app that does exactly what I want!

App is functional but free version assaults you with political ads This app works ok, I have found much better ones since I decided to ditch it. The poor rating is for the free version, which is horriblely cluttered with ads and each workout ended in demands for my personal information and republican campaign "exclusive partner" ads. Knowing that, I would never give this developer my money, wrong place for propaganda. Democrats: you won't like this app. Republicans: there are better HIIT timers.
