Words aren't enough! I find it hard to grasp that this incredible encyclopedic universe is soon to be discontinued! Wikipedia can't hold the sandpaper on the side of the box of matches used to light the candle, let alone HOLD a candle to this immaculate influx of information! Sorry to see you go... While Wapedia isn't perfect, it's the best available Wikipedia app and gives access to many other wikis. I'm sorry you had to shut down Wapedia (what happened?). Re: the official app, there's no real support, and there's a smarter-than-thou techie attitude. Try the mobile site instead.

Phenomenally delivered varied content This app is just shy of superb. Being able to reliably view Wikipedia entries quickly and easily is awesome, and Wapedia was there before wiki even had there own official app. Then add the ability to query and view articles from all of the web's top wiki providers as well and you can see the versatility and usefulness of this app. One star had been subtracted for occasional issues with handling images.

Why can't I search for other wikis? I'd like to use Memory Beta and TV Tropes wikis, but it seems I'm limited by the wikis listed. The app needs more customization options: I'd like to be able to organize my bookmarks, for instance.

Needs an in-page search facility What I really need is an in-page search function. Example: I land on the entry for Galileo Galilei and need to search further for an uninindexed item, say, the word "lenses". Must one have to read 100000+ words to find it?

This app is great, but needs a patch badly I've used this app for over a year now and love it. Some useful suggestions: -Infoboxes are broken (this is probably due to wiki's recent addition of scripting templates, specifically the addition of Module:infobox) -Add support for connecting to non-wikia wikipedias. -Various formatting related objects are broken -Sometimes the app crashes unexpectedly, especially when phones switch connection methods (IE: wifi to 4g) Please update. This app is still way better than the others.

Was the Best Wikipedia App Once was the best, possibly only app for browsing multiple wiki sources. Can't handle pictures very well though, and it has not been fixed in over a year. Please fix this!

Been looking for this! This looks to be a great app for one looking to bookmark/save history, of several enteries easily. I would love to see the bookmark list to 'stay' in the position where it was last used, so i dont have to rescroll back down each time when memorizing words and going through links. Also, a means of sorting would be great. Keep up the good work!

Desperately needs an update Had this app for over a year now. Was a great read but I noticed its contents are out of date. Other times it claims to not have certain articles which I know should have because I can easily find on the browser fully updated. Good app. Like that it can view more than Wikipedia, such as uncylopedia, memory-alpha, wookie-media, and other media wiki sites. Seems to only get WP articles as of 2011 though. Would like a feature to add articles to "favorite" or "read later" list for when on a wiki-walk. Would pay for up-to-date app with those features.

Wapedia overall, this wiki reader is a dud, a lemon. IMAGES NEVER LOAD. and when they do load, to see full sized image, you're redirected to his site. who know what's collected there. what's worse, on redirect, images rarely load. yea, this app is worthless. won't recommend it. I reserve one stars for the worst of the worst... this is it. hope it gets fixed but for now, Wikipedias app.

Needs an update I use this app because it has a night viewing/dark skin, which is great. Unfortunately it's buggy. After a few days of using it, it becomes slow and very unresponsive at random intervals, forcing me to use Wikipedia's website instead. I have had this issue on a Samsung Continuum and now my S3 as well. There hasn't been an update in ages, and this app needs it.

Good but not perfect Very quick, easy to use, but often times clicking a link to an entry will say 'article not found..Click to search for alternate spellings'. Most of the time it will then lead to the correct page, but about 25% of the time it leads to an extremely annoying loop of 'incorrect spellings' that do exist if typed in as opposed to clicking a link. Seems like something that should of been fixed years ago!

An excellent wiki browser, with some issues. Wapedia is definitely my favourite of all the wiki browsers I've tried, but lately I've noticed a few issues; specifically, opening embedded images often leads to an error message, and attempting to navigate directly to a wiki article gives a "Wikipedia does not have an article with this title" error...though it does, and it can be reached from the search page. Still an excellent app though.

Formerly great This app used to be great. Recently, however, pages aren't loading despite showing up in searches. Additionally, some wikis are completely unreadable as the app returns markup instead of plain text. Since Taptu doesn't seem inclined to fix any of these bugs, I'm going to have to head elsewhere.
