It allows to set a specific Autosync ON - OFF period.
It also allows to disable Autosync and/or APN based on Signal Strength of your CDMA/GSM network.
IMPORTANT:
1. Dont kill it! And exclude it from any memory saver/automatic task killer
2. Only works on Android 2.1 or greater
Just a proof of concept... more to come!
