Absolutely useless if you can't read the actual pieces of legislation. Good start but it's missing the meat.

Cool app. Would be nicer if it allowed bills to be searched like on the assembly website, and if it had assembly not just senate, but definitely neat

You can search all bills... just press the menu key on the Legislation tab!
