Mobile Time Card is time management in your monthly withdawal and resignation at the press of a button instead of time card for work. Holiday setting is available, and stamped corrections, counting of absence, tardiness and paid leave days can be also managed.

Trial period will be available 60 days from the start.

<Roaster>

This additional information helps the app user to assess the actual availability of the queried container and thereby provides users considerable potential to streamline procedures without being bound to their workplace and to minimise expense. In addition, this app dramatically enhances a company’s planning security. The BIT App is another smartphone application provided by dbh Logistics IT AG. It uses the container number and other logistics data to display and verify the estimated availability of a specific container in Bremen’s harbours. The BIT (Business Integration Truck) service subject to a service charge. The app is solely a mobile communication and information channel, which supplements the BIT service. The CSJ App provides chronological, journalized information on the current physical status of a specific container in Bremen’s harbours using the container number. The ContainerStatusJournal data originates from the datacentre at dbh Logistics IT AG and easily retrievable using the CSJ App. This app provides users considerable potential to streamline procedures without being bound to their workplace and to minimise expense. The use of this app is free of charge. The only costs incurred are the cost of acquiring the app at the Internet store as well as the user’s phone company charges for accessing the Internet and transmitting data.

Sanction and Anti-Terror List App ("SaATLA")

The SaATLA is a background check app for smartphones, which enables the user to collect and to transfer personal data or information on organisations and to the Advantage Compliance Server at dbh Logistics IT AG datacentre and to receive the check results. This app utilizes the available mobile network and a SaATLA compatible smartphone. SaATLA facilitates the compliance with the compulsory Anti-Terrorism Order to verify customer ID. The purpose of this order is to deprive terrorists and terrorist organisations access to any and all economic resources. Anyone found guilty of non-compliance with this order will be punished with tough penalties. This is a legally binding order and every accountable economic operator must make appropriate provisions, in order to pre-empt deliveries or payments to terrorists or their organisations. The SaATLA ID background check app establishes, whether a specific person or organisation is listed on any of the standard sanction lists. This app is free of charge as a trial version for a maximum of 6 weeks subsequent to download. Should the user regularly use the app on a long-term basis, the user must conclude a standard Advantage Compliance Server (“ACS”) Agreement with dbh Logistics IT AG. In such instances SaATLA solely constitutes an additional communication channel, through which the subscriber can execute a sanction and anti-terrorism background check, over and above the standard ACS range of functions. By purchasing, downloading and installing this app the user exclusively acquires the limited test use of the SaATLA application. No claims can be raised for a use of SaATLA beyond the maximum six week trial period nor the use of the Advantage Compliance Server Services as operated by dbh Logistics IT AG.

ACS itself is an instrument for determining whether a person or organisation is listed on any boycott and sanction list. The verification utilizes the latest sanction lists currently published by the Federal Gazette (“Bundesanzeiger“). This data is protected by copyrights and may not be given nor communicated to any third party.

dbh Logistics IT AG cannot be made responsible or liable for the correctness and accuracy of the sanction lists. The reconciliation uses a fuzzy algorithms, which determines the probability of a hit. This is in turn subject to a best practice approach and can be influenced by parameterization. The final decision on the allocation of a person to a sanction list rests on the client, who may ask a competent authorities such as the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (“BAFA” or Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle) for additional support.

The user can thereby minimize the risk of infringing his/her statutory obligations. The prosecution of such infringements by the German Customs Office or judicial authorities not only involves monetary penalties but also severe damage to a company’s image.

Important: if your language symbols does not appears clean then goto preferences and select the character set of the country/language of the CSV file itself. For instance for Japanese characters display goto preferences and then pick "Shift_JIS" or "x-JISAutoDetect"

Consult and convert email attachment formatted into Comma Separated Values, Tab Separated Values, etc. Csv2Pdf module included.

Ability to convert your CSV data into a standard PDF file for using with your favorite PDF viewer text/search capabilities. Tested with PDF viewer applications including: Quickoffice, PDF Viewer, Adobe Reader...

Also provide a small internal file browser allowing SD card files selection.

Parameters when exporting to PDF file:
- Paper size (Legal, Letter, A4) and orientations selection
- Columns filter selection

The CSV viewer goal is allowing users to look at informations provided by any CSV files...

    * Comma separated values
    * Tab separated values
    * semicolon separated values
    * etc.

Usualy these files have a lot of lines and columns. When exporting into PDF the user may choose to select only some columns and ignore other ones. It's also possible to choose the paper type and layout (like Legal Landscape paper type) so the informations can be spread out correctly inside the page margins. Once the information is exported into PDF your favorite Android PDF viewer can assist you looking for specific information using text search tools...
