This is not an app, it´s a theme.
Important configuration for AWD Launcher
Theme Preferences> Use Theme Icons
General Behavior>Animation & Effects>Wallpaper Scrolling checked, so you can enjoy better the wallpapers.
Important: ADW.Launcher 1.3 or ADW.Launcher EX INSTALLED
