To make it look more like the picture, go to:
UI Settings > AB size > Set to 10.
If you have ADWLauncher EX:
UI Settings > Main Dock > Main Dock Size > Set to 10.
UI Settings > Icons > New Icons Settings > Icons size > Set to 125.
