Aviation Tools is a pilot tool for preparing flights.
Get instant access to useful informations : METARs, TAFs, NOTAMs, AFD ...
Available languages: English, French, Italian, Norwegian, Spanish
Available Maps: USA, France, Italy (VATSIM), Netherlands, Norway, UK, Spain
Contact me if you want to translate the application into another language or to add more maps (I need a free website with PDF).
- Quickly find the nearest airports (displaying the distance and bearing)

[2012-01-09] ALEXANDER: I like it! Pretty solid flight prep tool and position locating. I would suggest to provide inflight data such as track (lots of people call it heading - but your GPS will not give you that), groundspeed and altitude. Show this data on the map screen as a small bar. In a further step maybe develop it into a navigation tool and charge people lots of money. Congratulations! Developer responded to my suggestions with inflight data in a very short time. Excellent. The tool now provides GS, ALT und TRK and HSI |

[2012-01-07] Jean: Good app...bad widget App works great and I use it daily, but clicking on the home screen widget causes a force close every time. So don't use that and you will be pleased. |
