Like app but! I really like the app but the notification for quakes near you doesn't work. Had 5.2 in Calif last week with many 3.0 & 4.0 aftershocks, I was 25 miles away and never got notified. Kinda defeats the purpose.

Map is awful It was much better when it showed a normal map. Now it shows satellite view, which is entirely unnecessary, and makes it hard to figure out where the quake was centered. At least give the option of being able to switch back to normal highway mapping. Until then, three stars is all I'm giving.

Amazing, but needs to be tweaked for 7" tablets Loved this app on my Acer 10" tablet, but was a bit disappointed when I installed it on my Nexus 7. I could live with the map and list being tabbed instead of side-by-side, but there's also no menu button so I can't customize alerts. Sadly had to uninstall it. Once these bugs are fixed this will again be on my A list.

Damage area circle is approx, as damage depends on ground composition / type of buildings, proximity to tsunami etc..
