A simple to use Tabata timer suited for any activity.
With intervals of effort and pause.
There is a default timer set so you can start right away. The timer is very simple to configure for your own workout techniques.
Set the number of rounds, seconds of effort, seconds of pause and start training.
The settings are automatically saved.

[2013-08-02] A Google User: Awesome, thanks! Great timer. Does exactly what it should - sets of intervals on and off with different rest vs. work times. I wish that it would also let me do multiple rounds with a given rest between rounds (like a tabata timer within a tabata timer). Then I could set it once for the entire workout! |

[2013-06-08] A Google User: Exactly what I was looking for I do 1 min of cardio and 1 min of strength with a 30 sec break in between. 15 each and it keeps the time very nice. I use to have to stop after every min to reset the time. Not anymore! |

[2013-04-26] A Google User: Simple and does the job Does what it's supposed to. There is no pleasing everyone all the time: I don't quite like the voice prompt for the preparation phase, and for the life of me I don't understand why certain timers, like this one, insist on putting the rest phase before the effort phase. I usually rest after effort. prep->rest->effort is counter-intuitive to me. The other signals and colors (whistle/green for effort; red/chime for rest) are OK. Music and timer play well with each other on my HTC OX+ |
