This app is designed for people who are familiar with yoga and sun salutation positions, but in need for some extra support to build their routine, or who just enjoy a simple guidance.
René van der Werf has sung the mantra`s, wich can be chosen as optional guidance.

[2012-03-06] sandy_uttara: Brilliant App It is very easy to lose track of the number of surya namaskars you do. I have tried different techniques. This app is absolutely awesome and totally customizable. One can choose the total number of times as well as the time for each pose. In case, you love to stretch a bit longer in any one of the poses, you can adjust the time accordingly. The bell sound is very soothing as well. Totally digging it. Thanks for the wonderful app! |

[2011-12-10] Nish: It has what i was looking for very useful app.. i use it every day for my suryanamaskar.. i dont loose track time because of this app.. if you can have mantras after each suryanamaskar rather than after each step it will be great. |
