The Ladytimer quick setup prompts you to enter your last period day, and you should continue to enter your period every month. The app will then calculate and forecast your cycle.
For improved accuracy, enter your resting body temperature which the app will use to detect ovulation. See the temperature display in the calendar or a stats screen.
