'MY HIIT Timer' is a workout timer for intense interval (HIIT, Tabata), cardio and weight loss training. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and Tabata are exercise strategies that are intended to improve performance with short training sessions.
The application can be customized with different alarm sounds and your own intervals.
- Configurable work, rest, prepare time.
- Configurable number of intervals.
