Didn't think it would work this well I trained with weights for years and am familiar with a lot of the theory behind it, so I didn't think working out the same muscle groups everyday would yield any significant results. Boy, was I wrong! After only one month of doing these 5 times a week my arms were back to the shape they were when I weight trained. After almost 2 months they're strong and toned, and my triceps are bigger than ever (I do tend to have naturally large triceps). Ridiculously effective!

Push ads, Desktop ads,in app ads,you name it this app has em.I did a ad check on my phone and the apps from this developer(butt workout,arm workout,etc)came up as using every single ad network.Jeez guys,lay off a little,in app ads are okay for me but on my homescreen or notification bar is annoying.Uninstall.

quick results i do this twice a week and in 4 weeks i can see the difference, what a brilliant app, this really burns and is the perfect app for intermidiates and advanced but the begginers might struggle, oh well give it a go anyway!!

Great but need info. I love the daily workout apps BUT I think the developers should also consider adding more fitness information like, how many calories each exercise burns or the total work burns. Additional information could tell us about the classification of each exercise like aerobic, calisthenics, muscle-building, etc.

Look somewhere else This training may hurt your back and hurt your joints in the long run. Look at HIT methods, Body by Science, The power of 10 or similar. Lower weights, less repetitions and more control. I also use "Weights Metronome" to do weights training and keep proper shape. Especially be careful about your back. There is no way back.
